Use of the https://shop.root-me.org website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) implies full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use set out below. These Terms of Use may be amended or supplemented at any time, and users of the Site are therefore advised to consult them regularly.
1. Accessibility
The Site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, Root-Me Pro may decide to interrupt the Site for technical maintenance purposes, in which case it will endeavour to inform users of the dates and times of the intervention in advance.
2. Description of the services provided.
The purpose of the Site is to offer the on-line purchase of various products related to the Company's activity. The description of the products is accessible without identification and enables users to become acquainted with their essential characteristics.
To purchase a product, the user must create a customer account by following the steps described on the Site. Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of products online.
The shop is hosted on Shopify Inc. which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
The Site is updated regularly.
3. Contractual limitations on technical data.
The Site uses JavaScript technology. The user undertakes to access the Site using recent, virus-free hardware and with the latest generation, up-to-date browser. Root-Me Pro may not be held liable for any material damage arising from use of the Site.
Root-Me Pro and the host may not be held liable in the event of malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or computer and telephone equipment, in particular due to network congestion preventing access to the server.
4. Intellectual property and infringement.
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Site is the exclusive property of Root-Me Pro.
All text, images, video, sound, photographs, computer programs, photos, illustrations, as well as the software used during browsing presented on the Site and linked to it, are the intellectual property of Root-Me Pro or may be freely used by Root-Me Pro, either because they are free of rights, or because a licence to use them has been granted.
Root-Me Pro does not grant any licence to the Site or its content. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Site, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the Company.
Any unauthorised use of the Site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered to constitute an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
The user is not authorised to create a hypertext link to the Site and/or any page of the Site and/or any file without the express authorisation of Root-Me Pro.

Root-Me Pro may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage that may result from access to or use of the Site, including inaccessibility of the Site, credit given to any information originating directly or indirectly from the Site, loss of data, damage or viruses that may affect the user's computer equipment, the occurrence of bugs, inaccuracies or omissions in the information appearing on the Site and, more generally, for any direct or indirect damage, whatever the cause, origin or consequence.
The Site contains a certain number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorisation of the said sites. Root-Me Pro does not, however, have the possibility of checking the content of sites visited in this way, and consequently accepts no liability in this respect.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. The applicable language is French. Any dispute arising from the application of these Terms of Use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
